TowClicks Terms of Service

A quote is an estimate based on the vehicle type, transport type, and the distance between the addresses you provide. If the details you give us are inaccurate — for example the vehicle is a different class, or the vehicle is not in the condition described — the final price may differ from the quote.

Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds; until then it is not scheduled. Prices are calculated server-side at the time of payment, and the amount charged is the amount shown on the estimate you accepted.

You may cancel a booking by contacting us before the driver has been dispatched, and we will refund the amount paid. Once a driver has been dispatched to the pickup address, a cancellation may incur a charge covering the dispatch. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

You must have the legal right to arrange transport for the vehicle, ensure the vehicle is accessible at the pickup address at the agreed time, remove personal belongings before pickup, and accurately describe the vehicle's condition. Someone must be reachable at the pickup and drop-off contact numbers you provide.

TowClicks is liable for damage caused by our negligence during transport, subject to the limits of our insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for personal belongings left in the vehicle, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or circumstances outside our control. Claims for transport damage must be raised at the time of delivery.
