TowClicks Privacy Policy

When you request a quote we collect the pickup and drop-off addresses, your pickup date, and your vehicle details (type, make, model, and VIN where provided). When you book, we additionally collect your name, email address, and phone number, plus the name, email, and phone number of the contact people you nominate for pickup and drop-off.

We use this information to calculate your quote, dispatch and complete your tow, take payment, and send you booking confirmations and status updates. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share your information only with the providers needed to deliver the service:

• Stripe processes your payment. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on TowClicks servers.
• Firebase (Google) provides authentication and stores your account and booking records.
• Google Maps resolves the addresses you enter and calculates the transport distance used to price your quote.
• Resend delivers our transactional email (booking confirmations, payment receipts, and invoices).

We retain booking records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at noreply@updates.towclicks.com. Deleting your account does not remove records we are legally required to keep.
